In Fujimaki-cho, Meito Ward, Nagoya City, the specialty jam store "Jam the" has opened, focusing on domestic ingredients.
This unique shop sources carefully selected ingredients directly from farmers across Japan, using only safe, high-quality domestic citrus. By utilizing everything from peel to pulp, "Jam the" creates jams that highlight the full flavor of the ingredients while ensuring safety and enjoyment for all customers.
In addition to its production capabilities, "Jam the" offers an in-store experience where customers can explore new ways to enjoy jams, with options for sampling, light meals at the eat-in space, and purchasing the products.
Our company contributed to the branding of "Jam the Citrus," a jam made exclusively from domestic citrus.
Building on this success, we have expanded the lineup with new offerings: "Jam the Apple," "Jam the Fruits," "Jam the Berry," "Jam the Tropical," and "Jam the Farm." These products transcend the boundaries of traditional jam making, exploring the possibilities of ingredients sourced from across Japan.
Through total brand production, "Jam the" aims to go beyond deliciousness, cherishing the value of ingredients and offering innovative culinary experiences that celebrate the diversity of Japanese produce.
